In October 2025, StarGrange acquired the majority shareholding in C4DI Ventures.
The acquisition reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, venture development, and the continued strengthening of our portfolio. Bringing C4DI Ventures under the StarGrange name consolidates its activities within a well-established and experienced business, aligning with our strategic focus on supporting technology-lead businesses.
The transaction also brings with it David Keel, previously Chair of C4DI and C4DI Ventures and Founder of Global Technology Business Sonoco Trident who will continue to support major innovation partnerships and provide guidance across a select portfolio of growing businesses within the StarGrange ecosystem.
